A proper place for the performance, including VERY GOOD lighting (a bright setting, not dim) and heating or cooling, in good condition, together with all the necessary stage accessories and properties as specified below: 2. If the room is rectangular shaped the stage should be set along the longer wall, not at an end . First row of chairs should be very close to the stage. 3. One LCD/computer projector. 4. One large screen for use with projector and of adequate size for venue (9x12' 'Fast-Fold' screen or larger preferred). REAR SCREEN PROJECTION IS PREFERRED (15-22' throw required). The presenter will bring an infra-red remote with a 20' range. 5. One wireless lapel microphone and one wireless handheld microphone (both plugged into the house sound system). 6. A sound system of adequate volume for the audience size with the ability to connect an ipod and a dedicated volunteer to run the music.
